Knoxville/Knox County Planning - Current Agenda
Updated: Mar 23, 2021
Here's the latest Knoxville/Knox County Planning Agenda

The Knoxville-Knox County Planning (KCP) agency was established in 1956 by Knoxville and Knox County as the agency responsible for comprehensive county-wide planning and administration of zoning and land subdivision regulations and remains so today, except for the town of Farragut. Funding for Planning activities comes primarily from city and county appropriations and from federal grants for specific studies.
The KCP meets monthly on the 2nd Thursday of each month. Comments on specific agenda items should be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday before the meeting at knoxplanning.org/share. If you are not an applicant and you are interested in speaking during the meeting about a specific agenda item, request to speak at knoxplanning.org/act no later than Wednesday at noon.
