Our newest affiliate, the Ritta Planning Advocates (RPA), will facilitate a neighborhood discussion of the requested rezoning of 6513 Babelay Rd. This is on the August 12th Planning Commission agenda. The request is to increase the allowed density from 2.5 to 4 dwelling units per acre on a 108 acre parcel.
