The UDO Draft Zoning Map and draft Dimensional Standards are out for review this week. Lots to do by Sunday, April 5th.
KCPA cannot stress HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO ENGAGE NOW. This week are the details that really matter for how the county will develop and look for the next 20+ years. Details such as lot sizes and setbacks, landscaping, signage, building types, uses – all of that is out now or will be by the end of the week for review.
